Description: Kakashi requires Handseals no longer for his arsenal of Lightning Jutsu, In Spite of that he holds up both arms nearby the opponent and two Raikiris are formed. Kakashi uses Chakra to boost the power and give it form, they start swirling around the target he is nearby and intense winds from the speed of the chakra form and sound is blocked out from the cracking of the air around the jutsu. Moving within the jutsu or escape is near impossible as the Tower takes form above and under the ground blocking out exit. The Jutsu has the power of Chidori Nagashi but improved and attacks more nerves then usual cutting off communication to the brain from that nerve it hits causing them immobilized.

Description: It appears as a Normal Raikiri from the Looks, but Kakashi can feel the strange chakra to it immediatly as its made, people will see the difference if they have been hit by Raikiri. The Hit pierces skin and when the user pulls out his hand, Lightning remains on the victim and eats at anything on them, Clothes, Skin, Metal. Anything. The Raikiri costs twice a regular Raikiri would.
