Kekkei Genkai: The kekkei genkai of this clan revolves around their eyes. They turn from whatever color they normally are to a brilliant purple, which easily cuts through any darkness. If they opponent is caught in direct eyesight with these eyes, their senses get mixed up. They'll not be able to see properly, or feel touch, smell blood etc. Also, their bodies have a strange impact on the weather. Their emotions influence the weather around them [happiness for sunny weather, sadness for rainy weather etc]. As the ninja in question gets more powerful, they can learn to manipulate this to their advantage, and the effects can become more violent.
Other Special Powers: Nothing particularly special, although their reflexes are top-notch.

History and Members
History: The Tsuki clan started off as a humble gathering of people who travelled from village to village, singing and dancing for money or getting any jobs they could find. Nobody really knew of their strange power. However, when people saw, they were intrigued. They were bribed with offers to join villages for their own military use. All but Konoha out of the 5 Great Nations tried to persuade them. So, naturally thinking that place was the best to raise their families, they settled in Konoha. After that, nothing else was heard of them. Only certain people inherited the kekkei genkai [including Tsuki] but all of them have the clan symbol somewhere on their body. Tsuki has hers just at the base of her neck, while Keiichi has his on his upper arm.
