Can i harnest the power of the sharingan and make it into a kekkei genkai instead of a doujutsu for one and the other has simple senju abilities but a bit more advanced do to him being the reincarnation of the first senju?

I dont understand an example please

Instead of having the abilities of Sharingan in Doujutsu form he will have it in regular KKG form so the more he uses Mangekyou he becomes more stiff instead of blind
