Personality: Cocky to people in his same rank or lower ranks, but honorable to kages and jounin/ sannin, he is known for his ability to convice people, even on a battle feild

Bio: His parents ran from the mst village so they could survive, with the help of kumo and Konoha. He was born three years before the Kyuubi attack. He was trained by his father, and learned how to use his bloodline, but his family thought it would be best to hide it until he was Gennin. His time at the academy was short and boring, but he did manage to compete for rookie of the year, a title which he truly didnt care for, but lost and just shrugged it off. His parents died because a rouge ninja attacked his house so he had a place to hide. Ikatsu had to hide under his bed and watch his parents get murdered in front of his eyes. He then changed into someone that wanted that to never happen to anyone else. He was good enough to take on some chuunin and win once or twice in a row, but was basicly weak when compared to any normal jounin. However, someone taught him kinjutsu (weaponry i beleive) and he was so skilled in the first month he could not only take out his master with his sword but most people as well, however in this is his weakness, he spent too much time training with weapons and fell back in taijutsu and ninjutsu, he is now looking for a teacher in both, but especially ninjutsu.

Rp Sample: He glared at his old teacher, who had just defected to the mist village. He carefully examined his new blade and charged at his old master, with his blade looking ready to chop his head off. His ex master raised his right hand and channeled chakra into it in order to block it and break it, but was suprised when it went through his chest, straight into his lungs. He turned from the lifeless body and dragged it back to konohagakure hoping he would at least get a reward for all his trouble.
