Background: dizzys family was a very disfunctional one his parent hated his guts he looked to pleased them but they keep hated him his mother hated his father also in wich one night she had it and killed him and she spit in dizzys face and told"you are the devils child"and killed herself dizzys grew with hate and destruction in his academy student practise battle two bullies tried to attack him with kunies in wich he froze them almost to death with a stare his kekke genkie activated for the first time he grabbed there kunais and was going to kill thembut his sensei stoped him told him"is not worth to lose youre freedom for them" he responded"sensei i hate my life everyone hates me"the sensei responded"no they dont i love you as the son i never had" dizzy blushed"thank you sensei"the sensei smiled and said"that will be all for today go home get some rest" after two mre weeks of fighting and traiing dizzy passed his test and became a gennin in the first chuning exam test he passed the writing test he passed it with perfect grades after that the second exam he killed the enemies and frozed his enemies to the core taking their scrolls and defeated his enemy in the second part of the second test not killing him because of his sensei interuption in the third part of the exam he did not hold back he went all out unsing his full potential including his brain to devise plans instead of attacking like a wild animal the hokage gave him the position of chunin after the exam he told"you will be a great shinobi" he said"i will teach this rotten world true power" after that he wishes to become jounin

black dragon ice:An Ice Release technique formed from already existing ice. After forming the needed hand seal dizzy will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.



Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water. This jutsu needs forty-four hand seals, the highest amount of hand seals necesosary to use a jutsu shown in the series so far. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique. However, Tobirama Senju was able to produce one without a pre-existing water source and with only one hand seal, which was a testament to his skill and one of the reasons why he was selected as Hokage.(note dizzy only uses the necesary handseals but a incredible speed and he doesn't need water around him but as a sitback he can only use the ability 2 times a day)



ice release:ice wolf avalanche This jutsu allows Dizzy to cause an avalanche when near a mountain and transform the falling snow into a pack of wolves to attack the opponent. This technique has a weakness to lightning based jutsu, as seen when the wolves completely dissolve when attacked by Lightning Blade.(note this technice is only used around water he doesn't need snow)


water sword:A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsu.


water blast:the user creates a blast of water from his hand dizzy only uses to create pools of water for his jutsus but this jutsu can also serve as a weapon by
sending the blast directly at the target the speed it pics up makes pierce like a flying sword

What about Water Blast and Water Sword? Those are basic, but you've barely put any effort into them.

just use naruto pedia takeshi ^^ helped me make all my bios that got denied...
