History: this clan was founded by an ancient ninja family that came to the leaf village seeking refuge in the leaf they were originally fromt he snowy village but they were forced to flee cause their kekkei genkai was to powerfull and they were seen as a threat to other ninjas there users were master of ice based jutsus at very early ages they became a very well known clan in the leaf but they remain secret from most people

not really the user eyes makes the body pump adrenaline(sp?) into his body making his stronger and faster as for the ice jutsu part family affinity
