Description:
Nekurai is the Raiton Ninjutsu of the Kumori Clan. It is performed like other Raiton techniques; the only difference is that when performed by a Kumori, it will be generated into a dark-purple color or White, rather than blue. This is because Denkou no Tenshu (Literally meaning, "God of Shadows") chose the Kumori Clan to become the absolute masters of the Raiton element. Denkou no Tenshu transformed the chakra in every Kumori Clan member, to make them all have an affinity for the Raiton element, and changed the color of their electricity to symbolize the Shadow God's presence among the Kumori Clan. The normal version of Nekurai consists of forming chakra in the palm of a hand, and generating it into electricity. Upon impact, the sphere of electricity will explode, destroying the target. Thus, this technique is very powerful. Kumori Users that recive this part of the Tenraigan eye are able to use diffrent variations of the jutsus with there perspective style.

Description: The user will take electric particles from the air and bring them together in his meatal braclet. The Kumori clan member will then create a barrage of ball shaped chakra, and let them flow throw the air. He then uses it as a Shield/Weapon for Attacking/Deffense. The Kumori Clan Member can then launch the balls and control/manuver them in an style he wishes.(3 post)

Description: This is the fifth and last ability of Tenraigan. This ability is by far the most difficult ability to master. The user must make the dark colored rings around the pupils to rotate, circling around both pupils somewhat fast. This form of Tenraigan is then called the, "Tengen: Tenraigan" (Literally meaning, "Origin of Heaven: Havenly Eye"). The user then forms the needed handseals, and sacrifices a large portion of his chakra to Denkou no Tenshu, in order to summon a bolt of lightning. The sacrifice needed to perform this technique is at least 85% of the average amount of chakra a Jounin would have. The more chakra sacrificed, the greater the bolt of lightning is. The posser Binds the the ligthning with his chakra to take control of it and launch multiple attacks in a 3 post period. A know kumor strategy is that when using the jutsu the user will try to make contact with his oppenet, ounce he has contact the user will surrond his oppent with the lightning and implode his self and the user in a great sacrfice. Once this technique has been used, the possessor's eyes will become temporarily blind, lasting about one minute. During that minute, the user's eyes will feel a sharp and burning sensation. Afterwards, the user's eyes will slightly burn for the next day or so. This technique may only be used once every seven days. If the user attempts to use Rakurai twice within a seven day period, Denkou no Tenshu will burn the eyes out of the possessor's sockets, and the user will then die a very painful death because of this. The bolt of lightning sent by Denkou no Tenshu is a blue color instead of white, and is the same color as the electricity seen with, "Nekurai."(its a full body Lightning,and It last for 3 post.Travels about 200 mph)

Description: Tenraigan is the dojutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Kumori Clan. It is extremely powerful, yet extremely rare. It is said that a Kumori will only inherit these eyes once he has proven himself worthy tto The God Of Shadows Tenraigan appears to be eyes with a white and yellow iris, and four dark-purple rings circling both pupils. Each of the four dark-purple rings have a black colored center, and are all connected by what appears to be dark-purple lines.The user will not understand it,it can happen at any time from about up to the ranks of there high gennin times,meaning when they are about Chuunin or early chunnin,the Gods of Shadow will watch them.There if what ever they do interest them they will give them Tenraigan.And the user will not even know it.The Tenraigan is very fatal and useful.It has many secerts.Such as being able to see things that is not of the human eye,meaning of the gods of shadows eyes.The Divine eye has many powers that are yet to be unlocked.There arn't any stages to this Doujutsu.The Raiton god Raiden did not want to give powers to humans.The Doujutsu also allows members to copy Raiton jutsu(of there Ranks and lower).This Doujutsu can also accidently drop your chakra,this is why its said that Raigen used pills often.
To master the Tenraigan, the possessor must master each ability separately. The user will start off with only one ability, after mastering that ability, another shall appear. There is one ability in all.
Kumori users abilities are heightened there strength(just abit), speed(no.Just looks like it.When a opponent, agility(gaining abit more movement), intelligence(small amount of brain cells will appear made of chakra.When Deactivated it dissappears), and chakra are all said to be increased with powers unknown to a Kumori member.
There are only a few,a few members are said to be visited by a god of shadows.But those are slightly.The reason for the meeting is,The gods would watch the member train and either give them a mission,Show them more about the clan and what does Kumori clan is.Or to give them a reward,and all kinds of other things.Its also said the members are able to absorb Raiton and use it as all kinds of things.And the only way to see them is to have a holy eyes meaning doujutsu.
Side Effects
Blinding- if not being used,or if used to much.(meaning if can activate Tanraigan and for Months don't.Then the user will start to find problems with there vision.If always used meaning activated about 8 times a day,meaning will began later to find problems with there vision)
Other Special Powers:
Every member of the Kumori clan are Elite warriors and are very skilled.But even the most skilled ninja must have a begining.There is one hidden element that almost killed each member that tried to prefore this element.So the Kumori quickly banished and hide it in a temple.Raigen went through the temple and then found what the hidden element was.Dark Raiton.This was something he never heared of.But soon he was visited by a god of shadow.The god spoke of the element as it spoke of the black fire that the Uchiha clan gain when they have Mangekyo sharingan.But the Gods only allowed Raigen to be able to wield the great element and who ever he teach it to.note:This is just a Advanced element for the Kumori clan ONLY for Raigen and another Kumori clan member.And it stings the members body shortly after used.

The Dark Powered Lightning Release is only know to a Unknown member of the Clan, because of there Tenraigan defect, strengthing his powers of Raiton it is shown to match the powers of Ametursa(only when using S-Ranked power,and can only block it for a limited time and Black Raiton will fail against Amerastsu.Its weaker then Amerastsu). Black Raiton techniques are jutsu that convert the user's chakra into dark natured electricity. Because of this, they require great deal of chakra to be performed. Ths can only be perfomred by a Kumori as it they are the only ones with this current unqie trait at the moment. Black Raiton techniques are fast-moving, easily able to pierce matter, and tend to numb and burns to the target. Black Raiton techniques are strong against any elemental affinity particulary Earth Release and can be blocked by any other types of dark affinities.
History and Members
History:
The Kumori Clan was one of the first clans to reside in Kumogakure. During the early years of the village, the Kumori Clan was considered to be the most powerful clan in Kumogakure. The clan was superior to every other clan residing within the village in strength, as well as the amount living members. Unfortunately, as generations passed, the clan gradually lost its superiority. There were exactly fourteen living members of the clan once Naito was born, making Naito the last member to ever have been born into the clan.
When Kumogakure was still young, the clan owned a small residential district. As was needed for the clan, the district had many houses. However, as Kumogakure grew in population, the Kumori Clan was reducing in members. During the time of Sandaime Raikage, the clan downsized, selling off their district to Kumogakure, and used some of that money to build a residential building for the clan’s inhabitants.
Elder Hanjibo, who was Kazaharku’s father, was once the leader of the Kumori Clan. But when his son Kazaharku inherited Tenraigan, he stepped down, placing Kazaharku as the new leader of the clan. As his last decision before he passed on his authority, he ordered that no one was permitted to discuss Tenraigan, unless in a clan meeting, or with the current leader of the clan’s permission. This rule was created to protect the secrets of Tenraigan from becoming well known throughout the world. When Kazaharku died, Elder Hanjibo reclaimed authority of the clan. When Kiseido Yuto killed everyone in the clan, with the exceptions of Yasuto and Naito, Yasuto would become the new leader for the next two years until he also died. Now the last Kumori alive, Ikazuchi is recognized as the leader of the fallen clan.
According to legend, the Kumori Clan was chosen by, God of Shadows to be the absolute masters above all at performing Manipulation techniques. It is also said, that when a Kumori proves himself worthy to the God Of Shadows by becoming incredibly strong, he will bless that Kumori by granting him the powers of, “Tenraigan” (Literally meaning, “Havenly Eye”). This is the extremely rare Kekkei Genkai of the clan. Throughout history, only three Kumori Clan members have ever possessed it. Kumori Gendurai, who was the first to have this power, lived when Shodai Raikage served. He inherited these eyes at the age of Thirty-One years and mastered all of its abilities by age Thirty-Three. When he was the age of Thirty-Five years.
The second to ever inherit these eyes was Naito’s father, Kumori Kazaharku who lived when Sandaime Raikage and Yondaime Raikage served. He inherited these same eyes at the age of Twenty-Three years old. By age Twenty-Five, he mastered all of its abilities. Naito, who was the last to inherit these eyes, inherited them at the young age of 12 years. Naito had mastered all of Tenraigan’s abilities a year later at the age of 15 years. Because of this, Naito is definitely the strongest Kumori to ever arise from the clan,said himself.But there was one other Kumori.This Kumori surpass all other Kumori and is 100% the strongest Kumori clan to ever live.
